Product overview

This series of pipeline pump is a novel pump developed for pipeline pressurization and solving the problem of low pipeline pressure, which has great advantages over the current application of horizontal centrifugal pump.

Product characteristics

Due to the use of advanced mechanical seal, the motor spindle is directly installed the impeller, so high efficiency, power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, convenient decoration and other characteristics, and can be used in series according to the head and flow needs.

Main use

1. SG series ordinary pipeline pump is suitable for pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, cooling tower water, long-distance water transmission, air conditioning, refrigeration flushing, bathroom and other cold; Warm water circulation pressurized. The operating temperature is below 80℃.

2. SGR series hot water pipeline pump is suitable for high temperature hot water pressurization cycle in heating, boiler and other industries. Operating temperature below 150℃.

3. SGP series corrosion-resistant pipeline pump is suitable for conveying corrosive media in the process of food, pharmaceutical, wine making, chemical industry and other industries, and the use temperature is below 80℃.

4. SGB series explosion-proof pipeline pump is suitable for transporting non-corrosive liquids, methane or coal mine underground fixed equipment I class and factory IIA, II B class, temperature groups for T1, T2, T3, T4 group there are explosive mixtures in other industrial places. The operating temperature is below 80℃.

5. SGPB series corrosion-resistant explosion-proof pipeline pump is suitable for transporting chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, food, national defense and other industrial corrosive liquids, methane or coal mine underground fixed equipment I class and factory IIA, IIB class, temperature group for T1, T2, T3, T4 group there are explosive mixtures in other industrial places. Operating temperature below 150℃.
