KCB gear pump is suitable for transporting all kinds of oil, such as crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil. With copper gear can transport low flash point liquid, such as gasoline, benzene and so on. Medium temperature does not exceed 70℃, if you need to use high temperature pump, you can contact the unit with high temperature resistant materials. The use temperature of the high temperature pump does not exceed 300℃, and the viscosity is 5×10-5 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s.

KCB gear oil pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear is heat treated with high hardness and strength, and is installed in a replaceable sleeve with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working, and there is a reasonable design of oil drainage and oil return groove, which is the torque force borne by the gear in the work ****, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high. The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated exclusion pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve can not be used for long-term work of pressure reducing valves, and can be installed on the pipeline when necessary. From the outstretched end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
