Six, QJP series stainless steel deep well submersible pump structure description

1. QJP stainless steel deep well pump consists of four parts: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water transmission pipe and control switch. Submersible pump is a single suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump: submersible motor is a closed water-filled wet, vertical three-phase cage asynchronous motor, the motor and the pump through the claw or single cylinder coupling directly; Equipped with three core cables of different specifications; The starting equipment is made of different capacity levels of air switch and self-coupling pressure starter, the water transmission pipe is made of different diameters of steel pipe, using flange connection, the high Yang program electric pump is controlled by gate valve.

2, each stage of the submersible pump guide shell is equipped with a rubber bearing; The impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a conical sleeve; The guide shell is threaded or bolted into one body.
