YCB stainless steel insulation oil pump is suitable for conveying no solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, the temperature is not higher than 200℃, the viscosity is 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500CST) lubricating oil or other liquids similar in nature; Such as used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, power stations and other industries. Oil medium transfer, pressurization, fuel injection and other large mechanical equipment in the thin oil cycle, in all kinds of mechanical equipment can be used as lubrication pumps. YCB stainless steel insulation oil pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and so on. The gear is made of double arc sine curve tooth shape. Compared with involute gear, the most prominent advantage of it is that the tooth profile surface does not slide relative during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no causative liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life and high efficiency. The pump gets rid of the shackles of traditional design, which makes the circular arc gear pump enter a new field in design, production and use.

YCB stainless steel insulation oil pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve can not be used as a long-term pressure reducing valve, and can be installed on the pipeline when necessary.

The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is a mechanical seal, and the other is a packing seal, which can be determined according to the specific use and user requirements. From the outstretched end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
