Product Overview

The ZW type self suction non clogging sewage pump is successfully developed based on the actual situation of China's mechanical and electrical industry. This pump combines self suction and non clogging sewage through a novel structure of impeller and pump body. It can be used like a general water self suction pump without the need for bottom valves or water injection. It can also suction pollutants containing large particle solid blocks, fibers, sediment, waste ore impurities, fecal treatment, and all engineering sewage, completely reducing the labor intensity of workers. Moreover, it is easy to use, move, and install, with minimal maintenance and stable performance. The materials are divided into cast steel, cast iron, and stainless steel (refer to the material table of IH pumps)

Product features

ZW type self suction sewage pump, also known as solid-liquid pump or impurity pump. The hydraulic design of this pump is unique. The impeller is enclosed in a separate impeller chamber, and the pressurized water chamber is connected to the impeller chamber. When the impeller rotates, the liquid inside the pump generates strong axial vortex, causing a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. Therefore, impurities can be discharged from the pressurized water chamber, so its flow channel is completely unobstructed, and its drainage effect is incomparable to other self suction sewage pumps.

It can be widely used in industries such as municipal sewage engineering, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electricity, petroleum, mining, and river pond aquaculture. It is currently an ideal impurity pump for pumping solid particles, fibers, slurries, and mixed suspension media in China.
